What type of experience or degree is required? All our clients require us to provide full training and coaching on an on-going basis though workshops and in-house presentations so no specific degree or experience is necessary. However experience in customer service, retails sales and telesales is beneficial but not essential. Business related degrees or business experience in itself often accelerates and individuals learning curve and comprehension but we pride ourselves on being able to train people from a variety of experience and backgrounds

How do I arrange an interview? For consideration please apply through one of our job boards or directly through our website by sending though a copy of your CV, your availability and a brief summary of your business and personally objectives for the future. We will contact selected applicants as soon as possible to arrange a preliminary interview with one of our managers. Applications can be sent by completing our online application form.

How Should I dress for the appointment? Business attire.

What should I bring with me? Please bring a copy of your CV and any relevant references

How long with the  appointment last? Our interview process is broken down into three stages. The first interview will last approximately 10-20 minutes. The goal of the interview is to meet the candidates, introduce the business and discuss positions available. We also evaluate candidates on communications skills, confidence and career goals. SECOND AND THIRD INTERVIEWS ARE CARRIED OUT ON  ANOTHER DAY IF CANDIDATES IMPRESS IN THE FIRST INTERVIEW AND THEIR GOALS MATCH THE GOALS OF LMC INTERACTIVE SERVICES.
