As one of Brisbane’s leading sales and event marketing firms, LMC Interactive Services are well aware of the hard work that is required to achieve big things. Last week, the firm shared some important techniques aspiring entrepreneurs must adopt in order to achieve their biggest goals. They believe that their young professionals should always aspire to big things and are confident that their top tips will provide their contractors with the positive mentality needed to achieve their goals.
In a recent interview Lawrence Randall, the Managing Director voiced his confidence that LMC Interactives workshop will provide his contractors with the knowledge they need to become successful entrepreneurs. He stated:
“Entrepreneurship isn’t difficult but requires hard work, determination and positivity. Our management has come together and thought up a number of top tips we are confident will help our young professionals achieve their professional dreams”
The workshop outlined three straightforward ways the LMC Interactive Services believe their staff can achieve success:
1) Setting clear goals
The firm focused first on goal setting, arguing that without a path individuals cannot begin their journey toward success. They highlighted that the constantly changing nature of the sales and marketing industry meant that young professionals needed to be clear in what they want to achieve to provide a structure to their work. They advised their contractors to write weekly, monthly and annual goals in order to create this structure.
2) Practice positivity
“Your attitude determines the state of the world you live in” claimed Mr Randall. LMC Interactive Services are firm believers that a healthy mind, body and soul provide individuals with a positive outlook. In light of this, they strongly advise their staff to get the correct amount of sleep, exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet and practice mindfulness techniques in order to lay the foundations of positivity.
3) Practice Patience
The sales and marketing industry requires time and hard work to perfect. Contractors are not expected to excel as soon as they enter the field, it takes time to master the entrepreneurial skills needed to succeed in the industry. In response to this, LMC Interactive Services believe that practising patience in both professional and personal life will provide their contractors with the patience needed to succeed.
With these three tips in mind, LMC Interactive Services is confident that their workforce has the essential and simple advice needed to guide them through their own professional development. Looking forward into Q4 they hope their workshops on entrepreneurship will continue building on the success they have seen throughout 2017.
