LMC Interactive Services Respond to Article on Workplace Motivation

LMC Interactive Services - Motivation

A recent article published by Smart Company accused some bosses of missing the mark when it comes to motivating their workforces. Here, Brisbane’s LMC Interactive Services have launched their own investigation into these claims.

The story, penned by Betty Liu, Founder and Chief Executive of Radiate Inc, was titled “Have you been ignoring the key to motivating your staff?” The article explored the subject of team leaders expecting to get the most out of their staff while not necessarily holding up their end of the bargain. The thought-piece caught the attention of direct marketing firm LMC Interactive Services this week, who have joined in on the discussion.

The article reports the overall motivation of a workforce can be linked back to the actions of the people leading them. This resonates with LMC Interactive Services who agree that businesses must do more to engage their workforce in the task they are doing, starting with leadership and the ways leaders inspire their teams to take decisive action.

The Smart Company article claimed some companies are not approaching motivation correctly, outlining how effort is about more than the individual’s drive to succeed. Instead, Liu writes, it is also about how invested bosses, leaders and managers are in the success of a goal or project.

In a conscious effort to maintain workplace motivation, the firm offers mentoring, advice and support from leaders. In addition to this, the sales and marketing specialists host regular motivational workshops where leaders speak openly about their success, offering tips on how to stay focused.

A spokesperson for LMC Interactive Services: “We are always noticing the positive impact our workshops and mentoring services have in our company. There tends to be an increase in productivity following a particularly motivating week of team-building exercises.”

LMC Interactive Services is an outsourced sales and marketing company based in Brisbane, promoting and selling various products and services on behalf of their clients. Based on their results, the firm has become one of Australia’s market leading businesses in their industry. In fact, LMC Interactive Services generates nearly 800 new customers for their clients on a monthly basis and increases their clients’ revenue by over 70 percent within the first year of working together. In addition to that, the firm managed to achieve an overall customer satisfaction score of more than 95 percent in 2016.
